Room Rate: $289.00 plus applicable taxes (Standard ROH)
If you are planning to arrive earlier or stay later, please contact Lori Buster for availability and prevailing rates.
Please DO NOT contact the hotel directly for a reservation. The Meetings & Events team will make your reservation based on the dates provided during the registration process.
A hotel confirmation will be emailed to you from the Sheraton.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date or a fee equal to one (1) night room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file. No shows will also be charged a fee equal to one (1) night room and tax to the credit card on file.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
Early check-in and late check-out may be available for $40 per room/per night based on occupancy. If you would like to request an early check-in or late check-out, please make that request during the registration process.
Airport & Travel
The closest airport to the hotel is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).
Ground transportation is not provided. Taxis and ride share services are readily available at the airport.
