To cancel your registration, please email the BW Conferences desk at bwconferences@bwh.com.
Please include the attendee name, hotel name, and property number of the registrant cancelling.
Registrations will be refunded only if the cancellation is received on or before Friday, October 16, 2026.

Reservation Guarantee Policy
A deposit for one (1) night’s room and tax is needed to guarantee the reservation. The deposit will go towards the guest’s reservation and is refundable if the reservation is cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. The deposit will be charged on Thursday, October 1.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date or a fee equal to one (1) night room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file. No shows will also be charged a fee equal to one (1) night room and tax to the credit card on file.
