Pre/Post Conference Room Rate
$269.00 USD plus applicable tax per room/per night
The pre/post conference rate is available from October 23-25 and October 29-November 1
Please Note: Official hotel confirmation numbers will be sent to attendees approximately one month prior to the conference. Pre and post nights are subject to availability and applicable rates. If you have room share requests or other special requests, please note those during the registration process.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged one night's room and tax. No-shows will also be charged one night's room and tax and the reservation will be cancelled. No-show rooms will only be reinstated if there is availability.

Check Out: 11:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Fees vary depending on room type and hotel occupancy.

Valet Parking
- 0-3 Hours - $20.00
- 3-6 Hours - $25.00
- 6+ Hours/Overnight - $46.00
- In/out privileges for overnight guests only
Self Parking
- Daily Rate - $5.00 and caps at $30/day. Parking fees paid at the garage.
- In/Out Privileges - $36.00 charged to guest room

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is located approximately 15 minutes from downtown Phoenix.
Ground Transportation
The hotel does not offer airport shuttle services. Taxis and ride share services are readily available at the airport.
