All conference related activities will take place at the Phoenix Convention Center unless otherwise noted.

Conference Package Fees

Standard package fees for the 2026 WorldHotels Annual Conference are as follows:

Full Conference Participant

$2,500 USD per person

Package pricing & inclusions may vary depending on individual hotel contract terms. Please refer to your email invitation for the price structure applicable to your hotel.

Guest/Spouse Fee

$725 USD per person

Guest/Spouse registration types include meals and social events only.

Kindly register no later than Friday, September 11.

What's Included with each full registration:

Full 3-day conference

*Three (3) Nights Hotel Accommodations (Depending on Contract Package)

*Please refer to your invitation email to determine if hotel accommodations are included in your contract package.

Breakfast & lunch on Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday

Admission to the Monday night Welcome Reception

Admission to the Tuesday evening WorldHotels social event

Admission to the Wednesday night closing dinner & entertainment

What's NOT Included with registration:

Travel expenses (including airfare, ground transportation, parking, mileage, etc.)

Sessions and activities noted as "Optional" may require a separate registration and/or fees

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, please email the BW Conferences desk at annualconference@worldhotels.com.
Please include the attendee name, hotel name, and property number of the registrant cancelling.
Mandatory registration fees are non-refundable.
Optional registrations (meaning your participation is optional as defined by your contract) will be refunded only if the cancellation is received on or before Friday, October 16, 2026.
